Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order including the calculation of the shipping costs. All the goods for sale here represent an offer to tender. We reserve the Right to refuse to sell any of the goods for whatever reason.

• When an order is received, we will acknowledge this order. We do not enter a contract with you until goods have been despatched. We will advise you by email when we have despatched your goods.
• If you change your mind and wish to withdraw all or part of your order you have 7 working days from the date of delivery in which to do so (unless your goods are a made to measure order).
• Goods must be returned at your cost in the original packaging and in the same condition as supplied within 14 days. If these conditions are met, we will refund the value of the goods within 28 days of the cancellation of the order.
• Once a made to measure order is received and the work is in progress, your right to cancel will not apply.

Payments

• Your goods will be despatched once full payment is received.
• We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the U.K or E.E.C, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. The rates quoted on our site are current, and we cannot be held responsible for any variation in the exchange rate when an order is processed.
• We accept the following Credit Cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
• For special orders 25% deposit, non refundable, on order balance paid at time of shipping.
• We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. However, we do not accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained while using our site. Shipping & Handling

All shipments to UK, Europe and North America will arrive in 5-10 working days, subject to errors beyond our control. If you do not receive your goods within the timescale stated please let us know immediately to enable us to track the parcel for you.

Customs

When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Schedule

There is a charge to you for all deliveries, this is stated on our website. We deliver your order right away except on made to measure orders which take between 4-6 weeks as stated. All orders being shipped within the UK, Europe or North America will arrive within 5-10 business days. If it is going to take longer we will advice you by email.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to change your order to something similar, or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the prices quoted include V.A.T. All other orders to the rest of the world will be exempt from V.A.T.

Guarantee

We aim to give 100% satisfaction. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will try to make a suitable exchange. If a product is faulty or you bought the wrong size/colour and we don’t have the correct one in stock, we will gladly refund your money in full.

If your order is damaged then, provided we are notified within 14 working days of you receiving the delivery, we may, at our option

• Remedy any shortage or non-delivery or
• Replace or rectify any damaged or defective products which you have received, or
• Refund what you paid for the relevant goods.
• The terms of contract stated above do not affect your statutory or other consumer Rights.
